Pros
- I had worked with this company for few years and left TOT this year just because of getting good opportunity. This company taught me many things in terms of Technologies, Leadership, management etc. - I just had discussion with one of my friend and it really feel good to know that in such pandemic in 3 months after reviewing the situation company started appraisals along with arrears! I mean I am jealous that not even my company did this regardless the plenty of work we are doing. - Apart from work, here we have enjoyed many events, out station trips, Days celebration, social activities etc. - In terms of Management all 3 sirs are really good, especially Rakesh Sir, he is really good hearted and humble, always think about employee's situation first, he Always keep him self at the place of employee and think what can be done. He is always smiling and fun loving person, his presence on Floor make everybody happy. - TOT is really good for Fresher's who wants to start their career, one of the best Training techniques and Senior supports, I know many freshers who joined TOT now a days leading the great team over there.
Cons
- I can't see any cons as of now, but can say need to improve Team's Struture and some of the improvements needed in HR Department
