Pros
- Amazing culture - Encouraging, supportive staff - Immense empowerment through added responsibilities - Flexible schedule - Small team = better collaboration, synergy - Continuous learning approach
Cons
Absolutely none - it's a great place to be, work and learn. The only thing is that the workplace will move soon, and it's going to be far away for me to commute. However, the new location will be more prominent and that should be good for connectivity and accessibility
