Excellent environment to learn new skills. Everyone had a positive, friendly attitude and was willing to bring new people up to speed quickly. The management made benefits a priority.

I agree with the review from 2/3/17 - The company had a tendency to run for anything and everything on the plate (or off the plate for that matter), which exhausted resources.

The 2009 review was accurate - about when I got there. However, the three owners were put aside, all new C-level management was brought in, all new products were created, new patents filed and granted, new markets targeted and new sales staff hired. It became a completely different company. The management was supportive. The salaries are average but the benefits are excellent. The workload could be heavy but the staff was very supportive and flexible hours allowed for balance in work/family.

As a re-imagined startup, the workload could be heavy. The company was in in transition when I left.
