Pros
I have related to my spouse on numerous occasions, how deeply grateful I am for my opportunity with The LifeWealth Group. They function very highly on systems for assisting and measuring growth, goals, and processes for the success of the individual and the company. The Leadership is always, actively, participating in the success long term of the person they've hired. The overall culture of the office inspires and uplifts. They are centered on Christian principles, both business and personal which brings such light into the office. They are receptive to feedback and openness. They are founded on the true, lifetime, and personalized service of every single client, and that reflects on how they care for their staff. This is seen in areas of both compensation and workplace environment/ activities. They plae a great focus on furthering education and training, therefore they invest in this with each employee.
Cons
Will revisit if I feel I experience any cons, at this point I have not had any unpleasant experiences with my employment at the LifeWealth Group.
