Pros

They Provide Flexible Remote Work

Cons

Chaos from the ownership & executive management team negatively impacts employees' ability to do their work. Little to no support and decision making from the owner and executive leadership team makes it difficult to do one's job effectively & efficiently. Executive leadership team lacks accountability, transparency, and effective communication skills. Creativity is stifled. Employees are treated like inanimate commodities, capital, another mere factor of production, or resources vs being treated as human beings and accorded dignity and respect. Run as fast as and as far as you can from this company. There are ALOT more CONS that can be shared but you should get the picture from what's been stated.
