      TLA is truly a family that supports and pushes each other’s thinking daily. It is also mission driven with one of the best teams around!

      Cons

      Being a smaller organization is both ones if its strengths and challenges because it means we sometimes have less capacity to get all of the things we want to get done but also gives us the flexibility to jump in an help each other when needed.

      Pros

      The culture at TLA is unbeatable. Even with everyone being remote, strong bonds are built within the team and everyone is truly supportive of one another. The org achieves impact that improves education opportunities for all students, especially those traditionally left behind.

      Cons

      I can’t think of a con. You’re always busy and there is a lot happening all the time, but everyone chips in and makes sure that you’re not overwhelmed or burned out.
