- uniform every 6 months, young brand
Cons
- low responses from quality department - almost no contact with other managers within the company - very little feedback - too many inexperienced managers at head office team (very young managers, ages between 25 - 30) - hard work does not pay. It's all personal. Either they like you or they don't.
