No opportunities in the U.K. for progression out of retail No training provided at all Staff often in tears Pushy commission based atmosphere which causes bad relationships amongst staff Policies constantly changing, not sure if there are any real established ones as decisions and explanations vary a lot and dependent on how the manager is feeling that day or toward a certain customer Full of false promises Getting moved around without notice No uniform Depressing culture Everyone was trying to leave
