Pros
Supportive colleagues who helped each other through difficult times.
Cons
Unpaid wages: Myself and many colleagues were laid off in early April 2026, but salaries for February and March remain unpaid. Leadership issues: The CEO (Aurel Brudan) frequently changed direction at the last minute, causing endless revisions and project delays. Toxic behavior: He often had tantrums during large meetings, blamed others, humiliated employees, and threatened that salaries would not be paid unless we worked overtime. Forced overtime: We were pushed to work overtime for about two weeks before the layoffs, yet still did not receive our wages. Lack of empathy: Many employees faced financial hardship—covering household expenses, medical bills, children’s education, and supporting parents—but management showed no concern or response.
