      Positive people. Learned to research more about the companies I apply for.

      Cons

      This is a sales job, they promote it like its a marketing job at an agency. Again this is 100% a sales job. They try to trick fresh graduates into thinking its a real marketing job. The salary is awful. Their turnover ratio is insane. With 90% of new hires leaving before two weeks.

      Pros

      Best structure for a business that I’ve ever experienced! Immediate opportunity for growth within the business. Merit based not tenure so you don’t have to deal with seniority or anything’s like that.
