Pros
Very friendly owners at times - they'll take an office out to lunch occasionally Some holidays are turned into a party at one of the office locations. Every now and then (a few months in between) one of the owners will shut down early and send the employees home, usually near holidays. Micromanaging is minimal, if ever.
Cons
At times the structure is lacking, and positional roles aren't firmly established. Agents are left to do their own thing as they should, and CSRs are managing themselves - however this leaves windows for some to drift. Health benefits are lacking, and major medical isn't an option here. Sick days are bundled into paid time off which is an average 15 days (3 weeks). Most holidays are full days off, however it switches year to year and you can see some as half days off cutting into your PTO (better not get sick). Opportunities seem obsolete. Owners hopeful to obtain lifetime employees, but the benefits don't seem to outweigh the stagnation.
