Favoritism. Harassment. Inconsistency.
I’m not sure where to begin. Orientation was disorganized and lacked structure, which should have been my first red flag. Training consisted of two days over Zoom, after which employees were expected to perform at full capacity with minimal guidance.
There was a clear pattern of the same individuals being called out repeatedly, while others’ successes were rarely acknowledged. Expectations and feedback were inconsistent — one week you’re meeting metrics and being told you’re doing well, the next you’re facing disciplinary action with little clarity on what changed.
Leadership frequently spoke about avoiding “gossip,” yet engaged in it themselves, creating a culture of distrust. Overall, the environment felt hostile, reactive, and poorly managed. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider whether this is the right fit for them.
