Pros

The team is wonderful, and the client portfolio offers great learning opportunities. You gain valuable expertise by working on interesting projects. The variety of clients and projects keeps the work interesting, and the exposure to different industries broadens your skill set. The people here are genuinely nice, and there’s no politics, which creates a positive atmosphere. The culture is highly collaborative, and colleagues are always willing to help, making it easy to learn and grow. Many senior team members are open to mentoring and offering guidance, providing a lot of opportunities for career development. As long as you want to grow, the leadership team is committed to sharing opportunities and supporting your development. You get the whole Friday afternoon off on the last Friday of every month, which is a nice perk for work-life balance.

Cons

The workload can be overwhelming at times. Management could do a better job of relieving pressure by hiring more people (we all know they are hiring and we all know it's hard to find the right talent, but maybe we should consider different approaches) or offering better incentives for the extra work. The salary is not enough to justify free overtime, and there is a growing sense of stress across all levels of positions. People are always working overtime, and the increased stress is leading to health concerns. It's something the company should be more aware of. There has been noticeable turnover recently, and we believe this is directly tied to the growing workload and the increasing demands from clients. Leadership needs to come up with a solution soon, or else they risk losing more employees.

Pros

Flexible working. Smart and capable people you can learn strong skills from.

Cons

Poor work life balance and compensation. High employee and client turnover, which makes it difficult to maintain continuity and long-term growth across teams. In my experience, this is tied to broader cultural and management challenges rather than isolated issues. Support and recognition from leadership feels inconsistent, and there isn’t a sense of psychological safety. The culture feels cliquey and sorority-like, and hearing gossip about other colleagues is common, leading to a lack of trust and low morale.
