Great group of people to work with who are passionate about tech and PR, and who will help you develop a strong foundation in PR. Solid benefits for an independent agency. A leadership team that genuinely cares for the well-being and professional development of employees. Plus, the leadership team is often looking for ways to improve the working environment at the agency, including better benefits, emphasis on mental wellness & DEI, increase in hiring to ultimately help balance out everyone's workload.
Cons
Nothing major that comes to mind. If anything, it's nothing uncommon for any PR agency setting, so as long as you have a good understanding of what to expect (i.e., fast-paced environment, steep learning curve, etc.), you'll be fine.
