      Happy to work at THG. I have been pushed everyday to learn something new. Management engages with all levels of the company. Exposure is great.

      Cons

      Demanding work life balance in current role, exception to the company however. Outdated office except lobby and executive level.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
