Pros
Great people. Huge focus on employee development, retention and engagement for the HR and leadership teams. Great leaders that care about their people. Truly exceptional work life balance. Fun place to work, great environment.
Cons
Not much that I can see at the moment. We are going through some leadership transitions with the departure of our CEO who has lead a very successful turnaround and we recently had a tragic loss of our CFO. I'm confident that existing leaders such as Jack Roche, Lavey and Christine Peterson will lead through and select a CEO who will take THG to the next level.
