      Pros

      Good work life balance. Allowed to work from home without it being looked down upon. Good management. They were open to suggestions.

      Cons

      Prided themselves on selecting "only the best agents" but were losing market share and were not doing much about it. They need to focus on growing the company larger and expanding business offerings.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
