So company sent out email about Equal Pay Day. This is supposed to be how much longer women have to work to earn the same as men. This has been debunked so many times. If you take into account experience, education, etc pay is actually the same for women and men these days. Everything these days is such left leaning culture. God forbid someone has a different opinion. It isnt accepted here.
