      Overall this company is solid as far as stability

      Cons

      Be prepared to be thrown into a heavy work load with insufficient training. They have a lot of systems you need to learn which makes handling the claim daunting. Expect a lot of meetings and unnecessary training that take up a lot of time. Unless you are prepared to work a lot of over time you will not keep up.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
