Pros
I honestly can't think of any. The best benefit is that they have a lunch room on site, which is nice. If you are one of their "chosen" few, you will advance rather quickly. Overall physical office is nice. Dry cleaning is available.
Cons
Work environment, salary, benefits, micro managed, everyone is unhappy, growth, harassment from upper management. There were several occasions where I witnessed or was part of, being verbally abused in meetings with multiple people in the room. At one point, was told "Were you even paying attention?? That was a dumb question." Reported incidents to HR and were not handled, rather brushed under the rug.
