      Benefits, compensation, involved in community.

      Cons

      People, management, typical corporation that doesn't care, bullies for coworkers, exclusionary, HR doesn't truly care if any issues, advancement limited. Pay isn't increased appropriately. They pay well to get you IN the company, don't expect good compensation or increase in salary each year review.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
