      The best thing was the salary was decent and the benefits were good.

      Cons

      The management staff was very poor at working with their employees and never pointed out the good things accomplished. Management always looked for ways to critisize instead of complimenting. Due to the it was a very hostile work enviroment.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
