      work was virtual and autonomous. loved the team of people that I got to work with. easy to work with clients

      sometimes working virtually was a little challenging with some people who may not have done it before. leadership was not always clear

      An innovative boutique firm that fosters excellence as well as a caring approach. Amazing level of expertise in investigative research and sourcing that nets better results in search.

      Cons

      The only one I can think of is that it that the virtual, telecommuting structure may not work for everyone.
