      Pros

      Good hours and great people to work with you get consistent hours but no overtime pay nor bonuses

      Cons

      no overtime takes 30 minutes out for lunch after 8 hours even if you werent able to take a lunch during the day. No bonuses Give us better equipment that give more amenities to the drivers like a arm rest in the truck Not alot of travel only goes 100 miles in each direction from the terminal and just as a local driver i would love to travel more in a day

      Pros

      Very flexible. Family based business with great values. Nice clean facility. Nice people of all ages. Clean. Multiple leaders. Room for advancement.

      Cons

      No cons that I can think of. They have it together. Been in business a long time. Able to reinvent themselves.

      Pros

      Relatively lackadaisical work environment Relatively chipper people to work around considering the below average pay and poor benefits.

      Cons

      Employees working there decades make less and than new employees. there are no structured reviews/pay increases. the longer you work there the less you make. The hard workers are definitely taken advantage of. VERY POOR health insurance and benefits. No 401K matching or incentives at all. a family plan will cost you ~900/month for healthcare. They used to try and pay people more to compensate for poor healthcare but now they cannot afford pay increases even considering record inflation
