Pros
Small company with intelligent dedicated friendly people who work very hard. Ideas are well received and folks in other departments are extremely helpful when you have issues. The time off is good with a lot of holidays. Great work/life balance.
Cons
Company is affected by the oil market and depends on companies in the oil and gas industry to invest in E2G's technology. Naturally with small companies politics can be a source of downfall. Some employees are not dedicated (come in late and leave early) however they never get reprimanded whereas others do. A little bit of favoritism, clickiness and too much gossip.
