Pros
They make a good effort to take care of employees with the resources they have. Local teams seem to look after one another at the branch level. Lots of freedom to do what you want so long as you are generating results
Cons
There are limited opportunities for growth within the company. There is a focus on servicing one or two national accounts as opposed to growth of multiple opportunities. It was explained in the interview that there is NO training, and it is very true.
