Interesting domain, but toxic politics and micromanagement - Senior Software Engineer The Emmes Group Employee Review

Location far away from IT corridor (too much traffic), HRs WFH permanently but expect Bengaluru people to go to office 3 days a week for 5 hours (strictly monitored) and also attend calls from evening till night. Too much politics and favouritism at every level. Less budget for tools and no clear vision. Leadership team micromanages like crazy and behaves rudely with people. Stay away if you can.
