Pros

If you are from a low income country then salary and benefits are ok. If you aren't willing to work and are a certain nationality then apply for a role ...ensure your line manager is of the same nationality - you can get away with doing nothing.

Cons

Underperformers are not removed from the business. Effective people are given more and more work to do. Job satisfaction is dependant on your line manager and his/her interpretation or education level. Westerns shouldn't take a job here if they are going to report to an Indian boss. Its a blame culture - spend a lot of time on politics. Worst department to work in is dnata Corporate Travel - the VP of the department is volatile, rude, treats staff terribly, threatens staff and nothing is done by HR or senior management.

Pros

Salary, 401k, colleagues, flight benefits.

Cons

Middle East uncertainty has caused major instability. Poor leadership thinks rats and mold are a normal way of life in NYC. Micromanaging and toxic environment.
