Pros
This is surely a place only for the strong willed. You would definitely gain tremendous exposure to the world of business, ranging from knowledge about different industry sectors, functions, organizations, organisational hierarchy, etc. which even MBA degrees from top universities in India may not be able to give. However, how you use this knowledge for your career advancement is upto you. As in any startup, there is pressure regarding daily targets but then those things were made explicitly clear from the beginning before joining. We all were asked to join only if we were inherently fine with that. But having said that, once the company has seen your hard work & commitment, it also opens up to give you some flexibility regarding mode of work, leaves etc.
Cons
Though the CEO has a lot of ideas with great potential, many a times, we end up taking too long to crystallize the same & execute. It obviously takes a lot of time & effort to precision cast any offering to the Board & Senior Executive segment, however, would be great if we can roll out things faster.
