      Pros

      Remote work- so there is flexibility if you want to risk waking up and not getting paid in full. Have another job lined up because this one is extremely flakey. Not worth the risk hind sight.

      Cons

      Refuse to pay full invoiced amount- Leadership uses rounding technique and rounds down between $50-$100. Won't pay out commissions earned if they can avoid it. Extremely poor leadership

      If management allows you to close a deal, the profit margins can be great.

      Cons

      120 cold calls per day with no sales enablement or marketing to assist in outreach.
