Pros
The selection of food for the residents was great. The ability to have them choose from more than just the main meal or alternative. The ability to get as many hours as you want. I would have at least 125 hours on my paychecks. Some of the household coordinators were good. The last house that I worked in was garbage. She sat on her computer the majority of the time or was in another house running her mouth.
Cons
If you tick someone off the slightest, there goes your yearly review and the hopes for a raise. Drama. Drama. Drama. Need I say more? The lack of Support from upper management. Too many were too busy brown nosing others to care about the nursing staff.
