      Pros

      Colleagues are wonderful and the office culture is fantastic.

      Cons

      Literally known for having the least competitive reporter salary in town. They lock you into a contract that prohibits you from leaving to get a job elsewhere. Most of my coworkers and myself would like to move-on, but we can't.

      great coworkers, fun office environment, opportunities to do cool work early in career, creative freedom.

      Cons

      high expectations for low pay, useless leadership on the business side of operations, schizophrenic and sometimes heavy-handed intervention from absentee owner
