Pros

Very family like. Upper Management is straight forward and involved in all aspects of the business. If you work smart you will be successful and have you have the tools and training to do so

Cons

Turn over is high like most retail but that’s not in fault of the company, I guess better recruiting would be my only thing to say that needs improvement

Pros

I started with this company in 2009 and thanks to hard work and dedication I have turned this job in to a career! This company has grown so much since 2009. When I came on board they had less than 10 retail stores and now have close to 60. Because of their rapid growth there are so many opportunities for growth. There is no micro-management and my superiors have only asked for one thing since day one, "Get the job done!" I highly recommend this company.

Cons

Fortunately I do not have any Cons to share. This company has been a benefit to the growth of both my family and myself. They are very good to their employees as long as you work hard and get the job done. I have grown as an employee but also as a person since I've been here. It is a very large company with over 300 employees but they still keep the family atmosphere alive.
