Management is unprofessional and shows visible favoritism. The paychecks aren’t worth the amount of work you put in and what you have to deal with. I was told I would be averaging $34-$35 an hour and ended up making $25-$28 an hour after how much they take out. They also take out a certain percentage from the tips and give it to managers. It’s ridiculous when you have to share a percentage with lazy and disreputable managers. The tip share aspect is a joke, especially when you are working with lazy co-workers.
