      They have some individuals who are genuine and helpful no matter what they are doing.

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism and unfair advantages given. It seemed like several of upper managers had a hidden agenda. Not looking to help anyone improve. Nobody on the same page. They talk about culture and such but don’t enforce it or back it up..

      The senior leadership team is awful, toxic, and not supportive of employees. definitely a protect the club and not the employees type place
