      Downsides to working here: High expectations to learn about product on own time even if working a few hours a week Benefits for p/t not great Always have to work weekends and holidays If p/t, hard to get lots of hours

      Their business, benefits and products are all incredible.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Cons

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
