      High quality people working hard to deliver on tough targets. Very profitable. Sophisticated management approach with high levels of reporting and governance. Strong leadership.

      Cons

      Need to map process and understand business more successfully before committing to change and or investment. Priorities change and the implications of business decisions not fully understood or recognised.

      Pros

      Helped me navigate the interviews for my contract position. Friendly people. Office is in downtown Bethesda, so finding lunch after a (rare) trip there is easy and convenient.

      Cons

      Once contract ended, promised help in finding the next opportunity never materialized.
