      Good training, amazing back-of-house team (Morristown location), great management, ideal standards for quick service, fun and friendly atmosphere

      Cons

      Not very many, they have a certain way of doing things differently than other restaurants in front of house, but it works. The money is good if you work hard and the team is great.

      Busy all the time; be prepared to work hard and there’s a lot of moving around and moving back and forth from the host/hostess stand to the kitchen. Good teamwork Good population/good guests; customers Repeat customers Great location for breakfast/lunch Known as a *BRUNCH spot

      Cons

      No time to sit down. No time to eat throughout your shift. Cannot use your cell phone at all. Does not accept reservations- walk-in/first-come, first-serve basis only- all the time
