      Pros

      The French owners are wonderful. They are highly intuitive and have vision for the future. They truly want what is best for their employees and the business.

      Cons

      There are some of the best managers and some of the worst I have ever encountered. The poor managers are micromanagers. They are more concerned about appearances than actual results. They will take credit for positive results and shift the blame for negative results to their subordinates.
