Pros
Working at the Cheesecake Factory in California was great. Family atmosphere, made very good money. If this rating was based on my former Cheesecake restaurant it would be 5 stars.
Cons
Working at the Cheesecake in Utah has been an awful experience. Management was the worst I have ever worked under. Kitchen was awful, nobody cared or took pride in their job. Food was gross, and took forever to come out. We were always out of several dishes. In Utah servers only make $2 an hour, so you literally are just working for tips, which were low. The stress, long hours and poor management were not worth it in the end for the amount of pay I was receiving. It's crazy how different the atmosphere here was compared to the other Cheesecake I worked for in California.
