Being at this company for over a decade, I've seen a lot. We've gone from family owned to a more corporate environment. With that comes policy and some personnel changes, as well as growing pains. We've lost some perks but gained better insurance, sick time and flexibility. We've moved locations, launched new ERP's and integrated multiple locations into one. Each of these tasks has brought out strengths and weaknesses in the organization as a whole. I can't say that it's always been easy, but we have stuck together as a team and overcome each of the obstacles. The company has navigated the evolving changes in the pandemic with transparency and compassion. The leadership team is committed to coaching up and promoting from within the company whenever possible. I would recommend working here if you are up for being a part of the growth and the challenges that can come along with it. Flexibility, employee appriciation, great culture

Training is not as robust as it could be.

No micro managing in the accounting department; upper management is cool in accounting;controller is very nice

Very cliquey in operations management;closed door "meetings" where they socialize; every process and system is made 1000 times more difficult than it needs to be
