Pros
Some colleagues are supportive, and the job itself can be straightforward.
Cons
Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by serious issues within the management and workplace culture. • Management lacks basic leadership and communication skills. • Health and safety concerns are frequently ignored or covered up, even when staff are affected. • There is a culture of secrecy and distrust — some employees are used to monitor others and report back. • Accusations are made without evidence, and any requests for clarification or proof are completely dismissed. • Expectations are unclear, yet you’re still blamed when something isn’t done “correctly.” • Two-faced behaviour is common — things may seem fine to your face, but there’s a lot of negativity and gossip behind the scenes.
