Flexibility of schedule (easy to take off), tip percentage averages are high, fun work environment

Management not consistent, different rules depending on who is working

Okay work environment. Have good times with coworkers

Rigged hours. Hard to take a day off. Pto is quarterly and not time worked. Expected to pick up the slack of the Manager. Took away smoke breaks when we use to have them. Expects everyone to know everything even though the pay is different on different stations such as an employee on fry having to pick up grill and still get paid the same. Has the "we are a family unless you are in the wrong" attitude. Favoritism at its highest standpoint.
