Cons
Where do i begin?..... When i first started with this company, it was so much fun and everyone was making a lot of money. We sold Red Bull out of our vans and it was like our own private business. Commission was at 50% a case, and we were like our own entrepreneurs. You actually wanted to stay out in the Summer til like 7pm and sell, because once again, it was like your own private business. Then tragedy struck in 2009....they went to Pre-Sell. Oh god, you had a lot of unhappy campers. Employees, Customers, you name it, didn't like the change. Also, you had a lot of good Salesman regulated to drivers and you had a lot of no good, lazy people chosen as Salesman. The Salesman began to make crazy amounts of money, do much less work and only worked a 9am-1pm day basically. The Drivers had to be at the warehouse at 5:30am every morning and sometimes were not finished til 7pm at night!! Salesman were making almost double than the drivers! Salesman were given over $1,000 a month for travel expense, while Drivers had to hump their own way to the warehouse pier by 5:30am every morning without a red sent....rain, blizzard, or shine. In Sales meetings, Owners & Management don't even acknowledge The Drivers or the Warehouse Team. They treat them like they are at the bottom of the barrel. Keep in mind that some of these drivers were top sellers in the old format!....Back before going Pre-sell, we were like one big happy family at meetings. We were very competitive in a good way, it was great!
