The majority of the people who work at the corporate office are great! Great Property Manager and Service Manager conferences. Benchmark University is a great concept.

The leadership is very unprofessional. If the President of the division does not like you, watch out! You might as well just pack up your personal belongings because you do not have a chance. If you are liked, you can get away with almost anything. Known to hire friends that are not qualified, which makes everyone's job very difficult. If you voice your concern or frustration, again, watch out. If you are not the partying type, you will most likely be uncomfortable at company conferences. Someone summed it up as, "blue collar leaders in white collar jobs". If you are a professional and looking for a company that recognizes merits this will probably not be a good fit for you.
