      Family oriented, friendly staffs, well organized company. Great salary, great benefits & support, and great working environment. Open design opportunity to all level of designers. Very open minded directors and managers.

      Cons

      Somewhat conservative and quite. Sticked with design-build project delivery.

      Great people and culture, decently competitive salary.

      Not the best at managing clients and protecting workload of the team. Lots of hours spend doing double work for demanding clients.
