      Pros

      CEO and President are very accessible. Projects are always through a Big Six systems integrator. Company pays well and on time. Client list is large, as is the consulting pool.

      Cons

      It is a staff augmentation shop so there is no large-company structure for advancement. This may not be a con for most SAP consultants.

      Pros

      - Contract terms and work explained accurately and upfront - Easy to on-board - Staff was very friendly to work with - Zero micromanagement

      Cons

      None really. My contract completed shy of 1.5 years. Baer staff and mgmt. were helpful throughout. Zero negative interactions and I would absolutely contract through Bear again.
