Not much, good discount at other hotels (but need to be approved and can be cancelled if hotel is busy). Nice team members

Bad and lazy management. Long periods of standing (no seat at reception desk). Working 6:30-2:30 and being forced to take break at 1:30!

Certain staff members, beautiful grounds

During my time working for this company I was severely unhappy. On multiple occasions I had situations arise with letchy male members of staff and I would report it to my manager and nothing would come of it so I would report to higher management but yet again, nothing would be done. During my time working at the hotel, I was employed as a receptionist. As it was so understaffed I helped on multiple occasions for bar and front of house while juggling my duties as reception! There was no internal prompting, on one occasion I was offered a higher position by my previous manager which was then binned off by my new one!
