Pros
Schedule flexibility. If you want a week off, you will probably have that week off (without pay of course). Great for part-time seekers who have retirement benefits or spouse benefits.
Cons
No advancement; just experiential growth. Absolutely no benefits package (no medical/no sick time/no vacation pay/etc.). Every week you will work at a different location with different resources available; very inconsistent. Also, if you have a military ID, they will require you to use it for base access to save money with Rapid Gate. If not, you will have to go through the Rapid Gate process. No pay increase on annual contract. Management is stingy with money; no pay incentive for travel or emergency fill-ins.
