Pros

Unique experience, great coworkers, some reimbursement for certain certifications. Unique experience is from working with a great deal of different types of systems and companies. No company has the same layout or system so your exposure to new systems is a plus. Great Coworkers. Your coworkers all work in very close proximity so you will establish a relationship with them and they are all terrific individuals. Certification reimbursement, Thatch claims to reimburse you if you pass your certification exam for specific certifications. There are only a few that they reimburse for, or at least they did, and some came with a fraction of a dollar raise.

Cons

Management, the Owner, the culture, Management is controlled only by those that have a stake in the company and the decisions they make are evidence of this. The Owner is so laser-focused on profits that he will gladly let individuals go and push that work onto everyone else to save more money. The Culture is a flavor of the week type system that you are require to know. You may be questioned during a meeting to see if you know the culture of the week and if you do not, then you will be asked to leave the meeting. In my opinion, this is toxic and states that knowing the culture, is more important than your presence in the meeting.
